Growth and Partnerships Manager

About the Role

FerebeeLane is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented business development professional to support the agency’s growth efforts.

 

This role partners directly with the Chief Operating Officer to bring structure, organization, and clarity to our new business initiatives across the U.S., UK, and Europe. The right candidate thrives on process, precision, and follow-through — ensuring that our pursuits are organized, polished, and strategically presented.

 

This is not a sales role. It is an operational and strategic relationship role with the opportunity to grow into broader business development leadership over time.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Outreach

    • Systematically drive leads, calls, and meetings with target accounts to secure inclusion in RFP processes and new business opportunities.

    • Build and nurture key decision maker and executive-level relationships across marketing and procurement teams. 

    • Partner with Account Management team (who lead organic growth) to support outreach frameworks and new business workshops on organic growth strategies

  • Pipeline & CRM Management

    • Capture and record all business development activity, ensuring opportunities, contacts, and activities are accurately tracked for actions to move them through the business development funnel.

    • Report regularly on pipeline health, activity metrics, and progress against growth goals.

  • Proposals & Pitches

    • Review, refine, and elevate proposals, decks, and pitches to maximize agency competitiveness.

    • Support the development of persuasive sales tools including case studies, one-pagers, and capability overviews.

  • Agency PR & Marketing Support

    • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to keep top of mind with target accounts through tailored outreach, content, and events.

    • Provide feedback to strengthen positioning and client-facing storytelling.

    • Coordinate with the agency PR lead on award submissions, press opportunities, and agency announcements.

    • Help organize thought leadership materials that support business development.

    • Track industry events, opportunities, and speaking engagements.

  

Qualifications

  • Location: Greenville, SC or Remote (Eastern Time Zone Preferred)

  • 5+ years of professional experience in one of the following:

    • Agency new business support

    • Account management

    • Luxury or hospitality sales and marketing

  • Familiarity with the RFP/procurement process and ability to navigate large, complex organizations.

  • Strong CRM expertise; comfortable tracking and reporting on all business development activity

  • Skilled in shaping proposals and pitches with a strong eye for detail and persuasive storytelling.

  • Entrepreneurial, accountable, and results-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.

  • Comfortable working in Google Slides and Figma (strongly preferred).

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Exposure to luxury, hospitality, travel, or affluent audiences strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable working across U.S. and UK time zones.
